About the Photos on this Website

Steve has long been interested in photography. But his hobby took off as he sought to photograph his son’s basketball games over the past 10+ years. The low light and fast action conditions required upgrades in equipment, which Steve then applied to his landscape and wildlife shots. While his family packs fishing rods, water skis, and bikes for summer vacation, Steve takes his camera.

With Parker playing college basketball in far-away Chicago, Steve continues to photograph games for Parker’s alma mater, Sam Barlow High School. Providing the kids and their families with high resolution images that they would not otherwise have, and can keep forever, is very gratifying for Steve.
